Who we are and whose data this is

Trenda RS Property is software used by property management companies and apartment communities (our customers). When a customer uses it to manage maintenance for residents, owners and vendors, that customer controls that information and we process it on the customer's behalf under a data processing addendum.

What we collect

• Account information for customer staff: name, email, phone and preferred language.
• Property information: addresses, buildings, units and owner contact details entered or imported by the customer.
• Maintenance records: requests, notes, photos and the dates and times they were made.
• Waitlist sign-ups from this website: email, name, company and portfolio size.

Text messages (SMS)

• Message types: maintenance request receipts, scheduling and status updates, vendor job links and staff emergency alerts.
• Frequency: varies with the maintenance activity on your request or job.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Subprocessors

We use these service providers to run the product:

• Supabase (database, authentication and file storage)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Twilio (text messages)
• Stripe (billing)
• Anthropic (on-request translation of maintenance text between English and Spanish, only when a customer turns it on; only the text is sent)
• Hetzner (PDF generation for reports)

Retention and your choices

Maintenance and inspection records are kept for the period the customer's legal obligations require (the default under review is lease end plus four years). Residents, owners and vendors should contact their property manager to access or correct their information. Questions: support@trenda-rs-property.app.
