The service
Trenda RS Property provides maintenance, inspection, vendor and scheduling software for property managers and apartment communities.
Not legal advice
State and city deadlines, clocks, notices and defaults in the product (for example repair, entry, deposit and late-fee rules) are reminders from researched rule packs, each with its citation, and company settings can only make them stricter. They are not legal advice, and the customer remains responsible for complying with the law and its leases. Machine translations are a display aid; the original text is the record.
Customer data
The customer owns and controls the data it enters about its properties, residents, owners and vendors. We process it under a data processing addendum and the privacy policy.
Text messages
Recipients can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from this service, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Pilot
During the design-partner pilot the service is provided free of charge under a separate letter of intent. Pricing applies only under a signed order form.
